The February number of the 1 Young Ladies Journal is very good indeed, espec ally the patterns for needle work, knitting, and tricot, two bouicee, lady’s jacket, and fichu deserve notice by the ladies, as they are quite apropos with the coming winter, and would not be found difficult to make by any ordinary knitter. The gigantic supplement is replete with every possible cesign for ladies’ and children’s dresses, jackets, and bonnets, and traced patterns of a sleeveless jacket for dress occasions, and knitted jacket. A very pretty design for fender stool in berhn wool work, and the colored fashion plate are executed with the usual care.
