MR ROBERTS’S MEETING.
To the Editor. Sa,—Having been repeatedly asked if the ?creon referred to in the letter of “Pro Bono üblico ’ in your issue of last evening was my brother, .and as such an impression in the mind of the public is calculated to injure him, I have to ask the favor of your publishing this with a view to correcting a misconception. I have to state that neither my brother George nor myself has any interest in the Kaikorai district election, not being on the electoral roll* and even had it been so, my brother would not have condescended to mix himself up in the present squabble, he having to my knowledge refused to become a member of a school committee even, on the grounds of being a public officer. <£ lus^n K the George Miller referred by Pro Bono Publico” will have the manliness to discover himself, I am, &c., _ D. Miller, Jun. JSunnyside, Roslyn, March 16.
