To the Editor. Sib,— ln your report of yesterday’s R. M. Court you reported a portion of my evidence incorrectly, viz.:—You stated that the sinking °f the pony beneath him, described by plaintiff, would be owing to “ chronic disease of the spine.’’ This is wrong. I stated that it was a symptom of spinal disease; it might be acute or chronic.— I am, &c., _ S. Slesinqbb, V.S. Dunedin, March 16.
