CITY POLICE COURT.

Monday, March 9. (Before His Worship the Mayor and H, S» Fish, Esq., J.P.) Drunkenness.— Janies Young and Charles M'Oougall, for this offence, were each fined ss, with the option of twenty-four hours’ imprisonment ; Robert Grenen, 10s, or forty-eight hours’; I'Ueu Sullivan, 10s, or three days’. Maintenance, Louis De Bouisson was charged by his wife Catherine with refusing to obey an order made by Mr Bathgate, R.M., binding him to pay towards her support. As complainant did not appear, the charge was adjourned till next day, defendant to be admitted to bail in the meantime on his own recognisance.
