Mr Connell asked that Mr Walter Miller, juu., be declaied the purchaser of sections 28, block 4, sections 36 and 37, block 4, and section 21, block 6, Waitahuna Referred to the Government, with.a view of survey heion obtained. J & A letter was read from the Superintendent relative to the surveying of blocks suitable for immigrants under the Act of 1872, The subject was recommended to the favorable consideration of the Government, with the view of giving practical effect to the Act.
