A COMPLAINT.
To the Editor. , Sir, —A free ticket by railway is given to tnose pupils who have to travel by rail, iu order to attend the High School in Dunedin. This is by no means objected to ; but there is a serious ground of complaint that even-handed justice is not meted out to aIL Why should pupils attending private schools iu Dunedin be excluded from the same privilege.—-I am, &c., „ , Fair Pl.vv.
