LICENSING COURT.

Tuesday, January 12. (Before J. Bathgate, Esq., R.M., chairman, and A. C. strode, Esq , R. M.)

On the Justices taking their seats on the Bench, Mr Bathgate said that in the cases re night licenses the Court purposed to adjourn further consideration of that and the other applications till judgment ia the case against Mr Barker was given. Those cases would be ad j turned for a month. The'other adjourned case- L. J. Marshall’s application for a license for premises at the Half way Bush—would have to be adjourned till Tuesday next, as there was no quorum of commissioners present. Mr Haggitt appeared for Marshall.
