THE TAIERI AGRICULTURAL SHOW.

At the Taieri Agricultural Society’s Show at Outram yesterday, the attendance was good, and' the stock in splendid condition. The following were the prize takers: For Bulls (short-horns) —Messrs Grant, Todd, and Miller. For Cows—Messrs Kempshell and Allan For Bulls (Ayrshire) - Messrs Waddell, Miller, and Cullen. For Cows (Ayrshire)— Messrs Smellie and Young, Blatch, and Kempshell. For Horses (draught and entire) — Messrs Hamilton, Fowler. Mares — Nirmno, Grant and Price. For Colts—Messrs Charteris, Muir, Grant. For Fillies—Messrs Fowler, Shaw, Nimno. For Geldings—Messrs Baton and Muir. For Sheep (Leicester)— Messrs Allan, M‘Pherson; (Lincolns) Messrs Murray, Roberts, and Co. Other descriptions of stock were well represented. Messrs Maclean Bros, sold Young Earl of Darlington, a short-hom bull, to Mr Bluett, of Canterbury, for 200 guineas.
