Tijeft, Mary Fleming was charged, on remand, with stealing sundry quantities of dranery and wearing apparel of the value of L 52 10s lOd, the property of her employers, Messrs Herbert, Hay nos and Oo._When the charge was called on, on thepr vious day, the accused fainted and the case had to bs postponed till to-day, when she again fainted, and she was further remanded to the sth of January.
