M‘Landress'" and Co. report hav- • ing sold by auction this day, by order of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, at the request , of the mortgagee, sections 2 and 3, Port Chalmers, for the sum of L 2,000 cash ; also, the lease-, eighteen years to run, ef the section in the Octagon, formerly known as the Octagon Timber Yard, for a bonus of L 750 cash. They also sold, in the township of Saddle’ Hill, twenty sections at from LlO to Ll6 10s each ; and two sections, with small house, for L 65.
