Ladybird, from the Northern ports, is' due at Port Chalmers this evening. The George Noble having discharged her cargo, will sail in ballast for Newcastle about Saturday next. The barque India was removed from the old jetty alongside the railway pier this morning, where she will discharge the remainder of her cargo from Hobart Town. The Harbor Company’s s.s. Maori returned last evening from her special trip to Oamaru, and steamed along the ship Waikato to discharge wool. She left Oamaru at Ip. m. The s.s. Beautiful Star arrived from Lyttelton and intermediate ports this morning. She left Lyttelton at 1.30 p.m. on Monday, Akaroa at 2 p.m. next day, and Timaru at 8 run. on the 23rd.
