NATIONAL INSURANCE SHARES.
To the Editor. Sie. -In answer to “ B >na Fides ” in last night’s about the prne of National shares, it appears to me that he is one of those who have paid 35s for them and is naturally anxious that th y should run up. I have a tew pounds saved and intend to invest them in Nationals when they come down to their proper figure, winch I estimate at 20s, as I consider that 100 per cent, premium 10s only having been paid up—quite enough to give. By buying at the present price I should on y get about 3 per cent, for my money. Ido not t ;ink they are being kept down by capitalists, but by sensible people not caring to give more than they are worth —I am, &c., Sensible. Dunedin, December 15.
