Judgment was given for plaintiff for the am on., t paid into Court—Ll2 l(js 7d-and costs. u eorge B Chapman v. C. Clark.—Claim Ll->, for services rendered on board the brig Thomas an 1 Henry. Mr Joyce appeared for the p aintiff, for whom judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costs. I homas Cunningham v. Charles Anderson. —Claim 1/2 1 bi (id, for goods supplied. Judgment by default for plaintiff for the amount, with costa. James Jennings v. John Tannage,—Claim Til. Plaintiff was nonsuited. Defendant tin n handed the LI to his Worship for charitable purposes, which amount was afterwards placed in the subscription box belonging to the Benevolent Institute.
