APPLICATIONS are invited by the Colonial Bank of New Zealand for the whole or part of the first issue of the Otago Harbor Board Debentures, amounting to L 20.000. The Debentures will be issued for LIOO each, will bear interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum, principal and interest being payable at the option of applicants either in Loudon, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Dunedin. The entire loan, which is secured on the Harbor Property and lie venues, is repayable by annual drawings alter live years from date of issue, the total sum payable bein' l not later than the year 1913. ° Further particulars may be obtained at the chief office of the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, Dunedin, who have been appointed Agents by the Board.
