Issued under Ordinance intituled “The Otago Municipil Corporation Ordinance, IS 5.” THE National Bank of New Zealand (Limited) has been instructed by the Corporation of the town ot Invercargill to invite tenders for the whole or any portion of debentures representing £3,000, and bearing interest at six per cent, per annum, payable half yearly. The debentures will be payable in twenty years, and will be dated Ist December, 1874 They will be for fifty pounds each, and secured on the town rates. . t The coupons attached for each half-year’s interest will be made payable (free of exchange) at any office of the National Bank of ■New Zealand (Limited) in New Zealand. A minimum price will be fixed before the tenders are opened.
