Before me is a card issued by the General Manager on the Ist inst., quoting very different hours of starting. Can you kindly inform me, through your paper, which is 4 the “ correct card ?—1 am, &c., Traveller. Dunedin, September 24, [Our correspondent should be guided by the card.
