To the Editor. —Would, you be kind enough to inform me, and a good many other inquirers, how it is that portion of the Belt immediately behind Mr G. Turnbull’s and my own properties is allowed to stand neglected as it docs ? Just look at the pedestrian traffic daily through its not being properly enclosed like the rest.—l am, &c., . Our Lungs.
