Leary, Esq., J.P.’s) Drunkenness - -James Smith alias Abraham Summers, for this offence, was fined ss, with the alternative of twenty-four Uon s’ imprisonment. Hanover street, one coat and th. ee and a ha f yards of tweed, of the value of L 4 4s Pn-oner p’eaded guilty, Sub-Inspector dullard said that he hud been left in charge by his employer, and had taken the woo ls -AV. and then pawned them. —Pris ner said bis reasons f ( r doing so w?s that he had been to a wedding and got so drunk that he did not know what he was doing, -tie was sentenced to two mo ths’ imprisonment.
