To the Editor. Sir, —Two articles have appeared lately in one of your contemporari.-s relating to the (school, The-e articles are offensive to good taste, obstructive to tlie object pro* teased to be aimed at, and apparently written with malice prepense. It is commonly reported that a clergyman of the Church of CiUgland, a member of the University Council, is the author of these articles. If he can and will deny the authorship, it will be a great relief to at least one member of his congregation, who thinks his teacher at least should not Compound for sins he is inclined to, By damning those he has no mind to. —I am, &c., J 0., CAJMTAS.
