And that every person appointed te act as proxy must be a Proprietor of the said Bank; and every proxy must be in writing, under the hand of the Proprietor of the shares in respect of which such proxy shall be given, and delivered to the Secretary of the Bank at least twenty-four hours before the time appointed for the said meeting.
