The situation is very healthy, and there is a lar«e play-ground at- ached. The school is under the charge of Mr M'Lauchlau, who has been ten years in the district, and who holds a high class Privy Council certificate. A new Second Master is to be appointed in a few days. Miss Turnbull, of Middle Dunedin and of N. B. Valley schools, is schoolmistress.
