MACLAGGAN STREET.

To die Editor. Sir,—The road from Mr Tomlinson’s stables to its junction with the Mornington branch, at the new cattle market, is most dangerous for vehicles and foot passengers There are several water channels crossing the street; consequently, though always dangerous, the extra water makes it doubly so, especially at a place opposite Mr Mcolls’, where several accidents have occurred, myself meeting with three, if a pjropeif culvert or two were built, perhaps it would do away with these complaints, and contribute to the safety ®f those wh© use this thoroughfare.— I am, &e., Truth Mornington, August 11.
