ARRIVED. August 7.—Harriet Armytage, barque, 233 tons, Mailler, from Port William. Maori, 5.8., 118 tons, Malcolm, from Lyttelton and Timaru. Passengers: Messrs Newton, Highan, Miss Thompson, Mrs Driscoll, Messrs W. Thompson, Mr Si arpand family (5), Messrs Hewitt, F. Murray, J. M‘Donald, Richards, Mr and Mrs Coleman, Capt. Jones, 3 servants, and 2 children, Mr Adams; and 15 in the steerage. Beautiful Star, s.s., 146 tons, , from Lyttelton. Lady of the Lake, 60 tons, Urquhart, from Moeraki. Cora, schooner, 45 tons, Russell, from Havelock. SAILED. August 7.—Wanganui, schooner, 82 tons, Blaney, for Bluff. Pioneer, schooner, 23 tons, Matheson, for Shag Point. Samson, p.s., 124 tons, Edie, for Oatnaru. PROJECTED DEPARTURES. Alhambra, for Bluff, August 17. Beautiful Star, for Lyttelton, early. > Comerang, for Bluff, August 10. Maori, for Lyttelton, August 9. Pheebe for Northern Ports, August 11. Famson, for Oamaru, Aug. 11. Tauranga, for Greymoutn, early. Wanganui, for Bluff, August 11. Wanganui, for Timaru, August 10. The schooner Pioneer sailed for Shag Point. The p.s. Samson sailed for Oamaru this morning. There is a barque at the Heads which will be towed up this afternoon. The s.B. Maori arrived at 1 p.m. to-day, from Lyttelton, by way of Akaroa and Timaru, The schooner Jane came down from Dunedin, and is transhipping cargo for Moeraki. -The schooner Wanganui sailed this morning for the Bluff, after having a long spell of idleness at the Heads. The s.s. Lady of the Lake arrived from Moeraki yesterday afternoon, and after coaling steamed up to Dunedin. The s.B. Maori arrived from Lyttelton and Timaru this morning, and passed up to Dunedin on the flood tide. The schooner Cora arrived to-day from Havelock, having been fourteen days on the passage. She brings a cargo of 32,000 ft timber. The barque Harriet Armitage arrived from Half Moon Bay with a cargo of timber to-day. She left the day before yesterday, and was at the Heads last night.
SHIPPING TELEGRAM.
Wellington, August 6,— The Feichstag, from Hamburg, has arrived, after a passage of ninety eight days. She brings 350 immigrants, all well. The Mary Ogilvie, schooner, sailed for Dunedin, via Pelorus Sound, at two this afternoon.
