. . New Plymouth, July 31. The inquiry into the wreck of the Paterson was concluded yesterday. Tho Court handed back to the officers of the Paterson and Elisa Mary their certificates, and intimated that judgment would bo given on Thursday next.
Wellington, August 1, The New Zealand Steam Shipping Company’s steamers will be sold separately by private tender, to be sent in on the 22nd inst. ihe hulks and sailing vessels will also bo sold separately.
