Hokitika, July 24. There is a new rush at Greenstone, between Hokitika and the Grey. It is turning out most satisfactorily, and prospects are improving daily. It is understood eight were for a verdict for the defendant on all the material issues ; and four for a verdict for Macfarlane, with nominal damages. The owner of the Lady Bowen prefers claim for L 12,000 salvage against the Miltiades.
