The cause of this has come under your Committees’ notice in compiling the present report, and seems to be that withdrawing members, have, during past ' years, been allowed terms more favorable than : they should have been allowe'd. Law was elected President; Mr Winter, Treasurer ; Messrs Speight, Lambert, J. Anderson, G. R. Smith, and William Davies, members of Committee; and Mr William Pringle and Mr A, R. Hay, auditors.
