The following is the calender of prisoners for trial at the ensuing Sessions of the Supreme Court, commencing on Monday : Samuel Wills—Receiving stolen property at Dunedin. Elizabeth Wills—Aiding and abetting to commit a felony at Dunedin. Lucy Leighton—Stealing from the person at Dunedin. Morris O’Connell, alias Alex. Gillon—Forgery at Oamaru. William Smith and James M'Gwyn, alias ■ John Waters—Stealing from a lighter at Chalmers. Thomas Conley, alias Thomas Langley— Assaulting a constable at Caversham Louis Buisson—Attempt to commit murder
at Dunedin. John Campbell Abernetby—Embezzlement at Dunedin (two charges); and obtain-
ing money by false , pretences at Dunedin. John Morrison—Forging and uttering at Dunedin (four charges).
ON BAIL. John Jenkins—Arson at Waihola. Robert ■ oodison—Assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm at Anderson’s Bay.
