Thomas Conley, alias Thomas Langley— Assaulting a constable at Caversham Louis Buisson—Attempt to commit murder

at Dunedin. John Campbell Abernetby—Embezzlement at Dunedin (two charges); and obtain-

ing money by false , pretences at Dunedin. John Morrison—Forging and uttering at Dunedin (four charges).

ON BAIL. John Jenkins—Arson at Waihola. Robert ■ oodison—Assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm at Anderson’s Bay.
