SABBATH DESECRATION.

To the Editor. Sin,—Yesterday evening at church time, when passing the hospital, I observed a cabby drive out of a yard opposite ; and five individuals, evidently wishing to escape observation, who had been in waiting at different intervals on the footpath—each bearing a black ani tan terrier, and also one bull terrier—quickly jumped into the cab, : . which drove off in the direction of the Leith, where no doubt a rendezvous was fixed for the day’s amusement.—l am, &c., Policeman X. May 25, 1874.
