Wanganui, after taking on board transhipments from the ship Undine, sailed for the Bluff last night. The p.s. Comerang did not sail last night, owing to a slight accident to her machinery. The passengers for the ship Margaret Galbraith came down by the 10.30 train this morning. The ship will sail for London about Saturday. The s.s. Wallabi arrived this morning from the Bluff, and steamed alongside the s.s. Ladybird to discharge 111 bags of grain. The ketch Trial arrived this morning, with a full cargo of grain and seven bales of wool, for transhipment to the Dallam Tower. The barque Cesarewitch was taken out of the Graving Dock this morning. The s.s. Jane was taken on this afternoon. The s.s. Otago, on her last voyage from Melbourne round the New Zealand ports, appears to have accomplished good work. The Melbourne '* Argus’ says that the round voyage was made in a little over seventeen days, which is the fastest she has yet made.
