The Bench was very particular about accommodation at all houses, and set its face against granting licenses where only bars were kept. Mr O. i Bird s application for a renewal of a License at the horse repository, known as TattersaU a, was refused, and inquiry ordered as to the accommodation furnished by the hotel. The Court also refused to grant any bottle licenses, twelve merchants applications for wholesale licenses were refused, as being too late.
