The amount of revenue received at the Cus-tom-house on cleared for consumption this day, was L1, 57113s 6d. There was a large attendance of speculators and others at, Messrs M‘Landless, Hepburn and' Oo.’s sale of properties to-day. The leases, are for twenty-one years, and the Mpfetet price and prices at which they were; knocked dttvm are annual rentals.
