Monday, February 16. (Before Drs. Drysdale and O’Donoghue, J.P.’s) •Ship Desertion. —Chari es Is apier, Ri chard May, and William Purviss were charged ■with deserting from the ship Warwick. They all pleaded guilty, and expressed their willingness to go on board if Captain Skinner would take them. ('apta n Skinner having expressed his willingness, they were ordered to be put on board, and the expenses incurred to be paid out of their wages.
