M‘twen and Alexandria Mary Ferrier, alias Janet M‘Ewen, were each lined ss, with the option of 24 hours’ imprisonment; Peter Watson, who appeared in Court with evidence against him in the shape of a couple of black eyes, 10s, or 48 hours ; and John Russell, on bail, charged with this offence while in charge of a horse and dray, not appearing, was fined 10s, besides having his bail forfeited-
