AT a meeting of the Citizens, called by his Worship the Mayor, it was resolved to take advantage of the presence in Dunedin of the Hon. Julius Vogel, to invite him to a Public Banquet, and to present him with a Testimonial, in recognition of Ins valuable public services, and as a mark of personal regard.
