RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT, PORT CHALMERS.
Tuesday, October 2S. (Before Captain Thomson and Dr Dryschde, J.P.’s) Disobeyi no onouns. Joseph Williams was charged by Janies Taylor, chief officer of the ship Dover Castle, with the above offence. This ease wa<i adjourned from tho previous day. After hearing evidence, the Bench dismissed the case with a caution.
