Sir,--I am directed by tho committee of the Benevolent Institution to inform the public that the sermon advertised to be delivered at the Qauen's Theatre on S»nday evening next is not with their concurrence or approbation. It ia obvious that the name of the Institution has been introduced £m- a purpose. The committee decline participating in the proceeds derived from such a source. —1 am, &c, John S.
