The Harbor Company’s 9.9. Beautiful War arrived at 7.30 this morning, and steamed alongside the ship J. N. Fleming to discharge 280 cases of preserved meats. Reports leaving Lyttelton at 3 p.m, on the 28th, arrived at Akaroa at 0 p.m., left again at 10 p.m., arrived at Timaru at 10 a.m. on the 29th, left again at 7.30 p.m., and arrived as above, having experienced fine weather.
