The only cases heard at this Court to-day were the following, in all of which judgment was given by default;— Daily Times and Witness Co. v. Martin; claim, Ll 6s fid for advertising. Parke and Curie v. Dempster ; claim, Lll 7s fid, balance of account for goods supplied. Key v, Leckie ; claim, L2O, balance of account for groceries supplied.
