SUPREME COURT.- IN BANKRUPTCY. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Chapman.) Monday, July 28. In BE William Boutoheb.— Motion for final examination and discharge, adjourned from last week. Owing to certain statements in the trustee’s report, the bankrupt was now examined, and admitted having contracted certain of his debts through gambling. His Honor accordingly suspended his certificate. In be John Cleverly. Similar motion, adjourned from last Week. No trustee’s report having been sent in, the motion was further adjourned till next week.
