The amount of revenue received .’at the Ous-tom-house on goods cleared for consumption this day, was L 723 Os sd. DUNEDIN SHARE REPORT. Mr Frederick H. Evans reports : The Greatest rise in the market for the past week as been in the Albion Coal shares, which were sold at 7s 6d premium on 10s paid up. _ South British Insurance shares are still inquired for at L2 6s; but there is less disposition to sell at that money, especially as Auckland prices have advanced. National Banks still keep at 38s, several sales having taken place at that figure; this in itself ought to send them up. bhotovers have changed hands at 7s 6d premium, but transactions have been few. Waterworks axe sparingly offered at Lls 5s ex div., and Bank of New Zealands are wanted at Lib 10s ; but it is doubtful whether there is a seller in this market. Daily Times and Witness share* very few offering, and at par.
