Adjourned till Monday next, no report having been sent in. In re Charles O’Brien.— Petition for adjudication. On the motion of Mr M‘Keay, order of adjudication made; the first meeting of creditors to take place on the 22nd July. In re Franklyn Clisby.— Petition for adjudication granted. The first meeting of creditors to take place on the 22nd July. In re John Proctor Hydes.— Petition, for adjudication granted. Mr M'Keay for the petitioner. In be Samuel Boyle.— On the application of the bankrupt, final examination was fixed for Monday, 28th July. In be Jeffrey Williams.— Motion for discharge of bankrupt; Mr Harris for the bankrupt. Mr Stout, on behalf of Mr Prit* cherd, one of the trustees, trader a previous deed of arrangement which had been entered into by the bankrupt, opposed the granting of the certificate. His Honor considered that no sufficient reason had been shown why the certificate should not be granted, and granted it accordingly,
