Northern Ports of New Zealand.—P«r 8.8. Wanganui, on Friday, May 23, at 4.30 p.m. Oamaru.—Per p.s. Samson, on Friday, May 23, at 4.30 p.m. Northern Ports of New Zealand, —Per 8.8. Ladybird, on Tuesday, May 27, at 2 p.m. British mails via Suez will be despatched from this office on or about the 30th inst.

Monday, 26th instant, will be observed as a holiday (Queen’s Birthday). All sub-office mails usually closed during that day will be closed in the morning at 6 o’clock. # t As there will be no delivery at the window or by letter-carriers, the office will be open for delivery of correspondence from 7 to 8 o clock on the evening of Saturday, 24th.
