Drunkenness. —Peter Wright was discharged with a caution ; William Francis Brown was fined 10s, with the option of forty eight hours’ imprisonment. Larceny, —Henry Marks, eight years of age, was charged with stealing a quantity oi lead, the property of E. Whittington, As the prosecutor failed to put in an appearance on the case being called, the accused Was discharged. Ann Hardy, for stealing » bed-cover, of the value of 14s 6d, from Mr Fox’s drapery establishment, in Princes street, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment, with hard labor.
