VAGRANCY'. Annie Laurie, on remand from yesterday, to allow of witnesses being subpoenaed, called Mrs Lloyd and Mrs Morecombe, who, in their evidence, said they knew nothing about her ; and Mrs E Murdoch, who knew prisoner, as she had been working with her. The prisoner was discharged, the Bench cautioning the Police to keep an eye on her. BYE-LAW CASE, A. Lawson, wasting the company’s water ; and Walsh, cruelty to animals, were dismissed with a caution.
