INSOLVENCY JURISDICTION. fjus Day. (Before Mr justice Chapman.) hi tk James Alexander. Mr Haggitt stated that an asignment of insolvent’s estate had been made in favor of Mr Lutterworth, and that the deed had been signed by all the creditors. lie therefore moved that the deed of asignjtpept be declared absolute. I 'eclared accordingly. hi re George Howortb. Mr Cook said that a deed of composition had beep, accepted by the .creditors, and proved that the deed be declared executed, Order made accordingly. hi re. Thomas Woods. The 20th of danwas fixed for the final hearing of insolvent and application for discharge. The Court then adjourned.
