for sale a quantity of peas without a license, was let off with a caution, as a witness (APQuaicl) proved that Hooper only asked for orders, and did not want to sell the peas. The Bench said they considered it was a hardship that they could not allow Hooper costs.—George Boyles, keeping an unregistered dog, was lined 40s and costs.
