Civil Cases. Forrest* r v. Fairbank. —Claim of L2O for damaged alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff from trespass by defendant’s cattle on her land on the Peninsula. Mr Stout for plaintiff ; Mr Stewart for defendant. After evidence had been taken, his Worship said that it seemed there had been other visitors besides defendant’s cattle, so that it was hard to assess damages. However, from plaintiff's statements, be did not think there was any damage done till April, and he thought defendant should have had the matter attended to. Judgment for plaintiff, LB.
