Tins Day, (Before His Worship the Mayor.) miUNKENNESS. John M* M oil an, Richard Mason, and Robert Milno, were each fined os, or in default 2-1 hours’ imprisonment; Wm. Bremner was lined 20s, or 24 hours’ imprisonment, SV E-LAW CASES. Thomas Murphy, for allowing a cow to wander on the .North Dunedin Recreation Ground, was fined 2s (id ; Patrick Lee, for allowing a horse to be at large ou the Wharves and Quays Reserve, 3s ; Jas. Gore, neglecting to keep a light burning ou certain building material in Bond street, 5s and costs.
