KENSINGTON MEETING.

To the Editor. Sib, —I can only notice the letter of “ Ratepayer” in your issue of last night by saying that on the authority of the proposer of the motion and of several ratepayers who were present, your report of the meeting was not only substantially but absolutely correct. I have not been able to see the seconder, but hope to do so to-morrow, to corroborate your report.—Yours truly, Jas. M‘lndoe, Dunedin, Sept. 27.
