[By Electric Telegraph.] IFrom Of'eville's Telegram, Company A Aug. 17. A powerful majority has been formed to carry Mr Stafford’s motion. Nearly forty rotes may be counted upon. The majority of the Provincial party have gone over to Mr Stafford.
